About Mt. Kearsarge

Hill Climb

Mount Kearsarge Hill Climb

The 2nd most famous hill climb in NH!

The Mt. Kearsarge Hill Climb features a challenging climb up one of the tallest peaks in NH. Initially held in 2013, this was an annual event through 2019. After a pandemic-induced hiatus we brought the event back in 2023.

We were excited to take the reins of this venerable event and we look forward to welcoming cyclists to test their mettle on Mount Kearsarge for years to come!

The first 4.5 miles is on a public road and includes some uphill, level, and downhill sections! The access road is 3.5 miles with an average grade of 8.7% and 1,738 feet in elevation gain.
